Charter of Crowns
Terms of Use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply to the Charter of Crowns website (charterofcrowns.com), run by Michael Tulp, trading as Tulp Entertainment ("we", "us"). By using the website, you agree to them.
The game is in development
Charter of Crowns is still being made. Everything shown on this website - features, ages, nations, images and dates - is work in progress and may change before release.
Our content
The text, images, logos, artwork and other material on this website, and the name Charter of Crowns, belong to Tulp Entertainment or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws where applicable. You are welcome to view the website and share links to it. For any other use of our material - including press and content creation - write to contact@charterofcrowns.com and we will be glad to help.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website: do not try to break into it or disrupt it, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites and services, such as stores, video platforms or social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
No guarantees
The website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, up to date or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for wilful misconduct or gross negligence - or affects your rights as a consumer. Subject to that, because the website is free, Tulp Entertainment is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using it.
Buying the game
The game is not sold on this website. When it goes on sale, you will buy it from the store that sells it, under that store's terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be decided by the competent court in Israel under the ordinary rules of jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
